We focus principally on three sectors: energy, resources, and health. In each, we work alongside and on the inside with owners, boards and executives on strategy, governance, capital, major transactions and operational execution.

What we deliver

  • Executive Chair, Executive Director and executive leadership roles

  • Independent Chair or Non-Executive Director roles

  • Leadership of capital raises and debt structuring

  • M&A, joint venture and divestment processes from negotiation through completion

  • Strategic advisory services.

Modern organisations face a host of complex issues

The pattern

Most of the situations we’re called into share a pattern: a Board that needs to make a decision under pressure, a family, shareholder or leadership group that isn’t aligned, or a transaction that’s experiencing difficulties. Our job is to help owners, leaders and executives see the situation clearly and move swiftly and persistently to achieve successful outcomes.

Bringing clarity, confidence and cohesion to leadership

world map

We work closely with Owners, Chairs and Boards of Directors of enterprises to help leadership and management teams align, unite and thrive. Our focus is on solving complex strategic challenges and fostering a shared sense of purpose, so that leaders and their teams can move forward with clarity, confidence and optimism—with an energy that ripples across the entire organisation.

We often take a formal role — chair, director, or executive leadership — rather than acting only as external strategic advisors. Engagements typically run 12+ months

Whatever the challenge, our approach is calm, focused and purposeful. We aim to replace confusion with clarity, and provide the kind of steady, experienced guidance and leadership that brings people together and moves organisations forward.
