Stephen Quantrill
Stephen Quantrill is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of international experience across a broad range of roles, including business ownership, company chairmanships and directorships. His extensive business background provides the foundation for his trusted leadership roles in the energy transition and in future sustainability and spans the energy and natural resources sectors, health and biotechnology, family enterprises and private wealth, as well as investment, financial and engineering services, property, technology, venture capital, private equity, not-for-profits, and sport.
Stephen currently holds the positions of Executive Chairman and Managing Director at Twinza Oil Limited and Executive Director of Tombador Iron (ASX:TI1) and Q-Boss Process Solutions. He previously served as Executive Chairman of McRae Investments, the diversified investment holding company founded by Harold Clough. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Master of Business Administration – all awarded with First Class Honours. Stephen is a Fellow of FINSIA, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an Engineering Executive Member of Engineers Australia.
Kerry Quantrill
Kerry Quantrill is a people-centric leader with over two decades of experience in recognising, developing, and managing talent across a broad spectrum of industries—from technically demanding environments like construction and procurement to the fast-evolving wellness and lifestyle sectors.
Her strength lies in identifying potential early, fostering growth, and building confident, capable teams through empathetic yet performance-driven leadership. Kerry’s ability to adapt her approach to varied organisational contexts has made her a trusted manager, mentor, and business builder. She combines practical commercial insight with a deep commitment to human development—ensuring that people remain at the heart of sustainable business success.
She holds a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Economics and Business Administration.
